  embarrassing to call this a hotel .rude manager rude and unhelpful staff .facilities clearly advertised are for hotel next to it .you have to give winland doors man £10 per day to use them absolutely joke .dirty smelly room could go on JUST don't book this dump .

  Worst Hotel in Hong Kong! Scam! Beware!

  This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. All their google reviews are paid for. Free Breakfast: This is a joke, they just give you one tiny sandwich, no water. Kettle in Room: The cutlery and Kettle in the rooms are not clean at all. Behaviour and Hospitality: The staff is very cunning! To refuse to arrange for service they will just act that they are not understanding English. Rooms were tiny but that is not their fault as this goes for most of the Hotels in Hong Kong. My entire stay was just ruined cause of the hotel.

  I visited China last year with my fiancé, we were super excited and we stayed in winland 800 but the staff were so rude, some little girl was Playing around and staff yelled at her and gave a cold stare.We did not feel welcome at all. Front desk wouldn’t even look at me while I was asking for directions and she gave me a real crappy direction she was like “there’s no restaurants here, take the sub and go to city, go find a taxi.” I had better service at Motel 6. We were very disappointed. No channels worked and WiFi didn’t even work. You guys need to go back to training and work on your guest experience making skills, and I work in a hotel so I expected a lot -10/10

  Stayed here for two nights. Picked this because it is super cheap. Can’t even get hostels in Chungking mansion with the price (special deal). So took a plunge to try it despite all the bad reviews here. Hoping that it is still bearable given the pictures look really nice. It is a series of 3 hotels (rambler garden, rambler oasis) within a big apartment complex. The whole building is ok but lack of maintenance. Hence, it is dirty. Yes there’s noise at night from shipping port right outside but it didn’t bother me too much. I brought my own towels and toiletries as there’s none. I found some bits of black stuff on towels but I duno what it is. Yes there are one or two stains on the bed sheet so I wore long sleeve pajamas. There is hair dryer, all in one body wash / shampoo, TV, WiFi and a fridge (didn’t check if functional).Yes, mostly Chinese tourists and it feels and smells like china. It is really up to you to decide if it’s worth it. For me it was ok given the price I paid but if you got a not so cheap price then try other options. Transportation From airport: bus A32 which will take you to a station close enough to walk to the hotel (less than 10min). Last bus at midnight. Google has error and only showed A31 which is now altered to have different routes To city: mini bus 88F to Tsing Yi MTR station and 88G to Kwai Hing right at the entrance of the apartment compound that you can’t miss

  - Booked 2 weeks in advance for 3 rooms(5 people). Only provided 2 rooms.- no pool access- tv doesn’t work- no soap provided- dirty towels- only provided 4 breakfast coupons (again, 5 people)Only good thing is, the 7/11 nearby gives better options and service
