    Serious safety failure - wrong room key issued to drunk stranger

    We recently stayed at this hotel and experienced what I consider a serious safety incident. At 5.30am, we were woken by a drunk guest entering our room. The hotel reception had issued him a key card programmed to our room.This is not a minor administrative mistake. Having an unknown, intoxicated person enter your room in the middle of the night is alarming and completely unacceptable. The consequences of this kind of error could have been far worse.We raised this with the hotel and would urge management to review their key card issuance procedures immediately. No guest should ever be handed a key to an occupied room.I would strongly caution anyone, particularly solo travellers or families, to be aware of this before booking.

    The hotel is very well located just in front of a big metro station and you arrive to the city center in less than 20 min. Rooms are very big and staff is quite helpful.

    My partner and I had an amazing experience! We stayed in a deluxe room, which was very spacious and had a balcony. The hotel gave us complimentary water daily! Breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay!
