Guests have a choice of 309 rooms, including 28 junior suites, 10 suites, 48 apartments and 221 double rooms, located in an 8-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool area, which offers some heated freshwater pools, includes 4 outdoor pools and 14 indoor pools. Little swimmers can splash around in one of the 2 children's pools. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and tennis are available. With windsurfing, diving and aquafit available, the resort also caters to water sports enthusiasts. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and squash or, for a fee, aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely fabulous stay, as always! This was our 11th visit, and we have never been disappointed. The resort offers everything our children could possibly want, making it the perfect family holiday destination.A huge shout-out to Panni at the Kids Club. She is one of the kindest, most caring, and loving people we've ever met. Both of our children absolutely adore her and are always talking about her and looking forward to seeing her again when we return.     Even though the hotel is mostly known for its amazing spa facilities, we hosted a very successful conference here. Their top floor conference room is spacious, airy and with lots of natural daylight and their team is superb at delivering the requested services and are flexible with last minute changes and additions which are much appreciated in such circumstances. I must highlight the quality of the food not only in their a la carte lobby bar but also in all their buffet meals. Would not hesitate to return here with future events.     Wonderful family stay with great pools and friendly staff

    We really felt very comfortable at Aquaworld Resort Budapest and overall had a very pleasant stay with our two kids.Food & RestaurantWe would especially like to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff. What positively surprised us was that there were also older waiters as part of the team, and they worked great together with the younger staff — always friendly, attentive, and professional.Breakfast was fine. You should not expect a huge variety, but everything was always fresh and sufficiently stocked.Dinner was varied, fresh, and always plentiful as well. There was something suitable to find every day.One small downside were the high chairs for very small children — they are a bit too low/deep, so the child’s head is sometimes only slightly above table height.We also found it a bit unfortunate that soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (such as beer) are not included during dinner. Only water is offered free of charge.Hotel & PoolsThe entire hotel as well as the swimming and spa areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and helpful here as well.Another positive point is the free parking directly at the hotel.One small inconvenience when using a stroller: the passage between the Oriental Spa and Aquaworld is a bit cumbersome. You have to ring a bell and wait for someone to open the door.Overall, there is honestly very little negative to say. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.     No Oriental Spa. Refund part of price!

    We came again this year. This is our 6th or more revisit to this hotel.This time during our entire stay Oriental Spa is not working, it has been under maintenance.So, hotel Spa is not working. There is no Hotel Spa!So, the price should be reduced.Doesn't matter that Hotel has sent info about maintenance.It was sent after our booking.Hotel doesn't have one of its main features for 4 stars hotel - the Spa.So, please refund some of the amount we have paid for the room 306, booked from March 9th to March 13th, 2026.For Service, 2 stars only!Wifi doesn't work in public Aqua World, out of the Hotel.Pool cleanliness is not so good as it used to be. Water edges tiles are yellowish, dirty.     Used to love this place but would not go again after the bug bites

    We had been to Aquaworld in the past as the children used to really enjoy their waterpark and the evening activities. The staff are kind and friendly but after our last experience we would be to scared to return again. I think the standard of cleaning must have gone down significantly. The hotel needs to d a lot more to treat the issue it has with bugs. My daughter was bitten a lot and had a terrible reaction to it.
