  This hotel and a bunch of others apartments managed by same guy are crooks and cheats. You can look at the pictures and see that they are similar apartments but different names.They take your money but don't deliver an apartment and because they don't disclose location until you enter city you are left homeless. We called before leaving London and they said contact us when we arrive. Our flight was delayed but we still landed by 8pm.... Got into town found wifi and no one would answer our calls.... By 10pm I called hotels.com and they couldn't get them to answer their calls. So by 11pm they started looking for a relocation for us and discouvered that the same number was attached to a bunch of these apartments. They said they have been having trouble with this company already. At midnight the restaurant we had been using for wifi closed and we had to stand outside while addressed. Hotels.com was fantastic and got us another place for one night and then we had to move to another hotel. We ended up at madison serviced apartments, they have a front desk and it was an amazing room. What was sad is we booked four months or so prior when prices cheap and spend the a little more than current prices to have what looked like a cool experience.... Who knew it would turn into a nightmare stealing valuable time from what was otherwise a magical location. They will give excuses I'm sure but we booked another serviced apartment in Prague and days in advance sent address and keycode....with welcome package and advice. Redeeming service apartments for me.... But in future I diffidently will look for front desk apartments for easy checkin or only key pad apartments.
