The apartment hotel has 7 suites, 3 apartments and 12 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Very good location.We arrived early morning so knew our room wouldn’t be ready,reception happy for us to leave our luggage till later.Had a walk to the river which took around 25/30mins .After a swift check in we went to our room/apartment,very good size nice and clean .Bed was very comfortable.shower was lovely & powerful although the cubicle is very small !! Seemed to be all u needed in kitchen and a mini bar that is fully stocked (but not free !) breakfast was nice ,basic but enough to set you up for the day ,only moan as a Brit there was no normal teabags only fruity or earl grey so if you need your cuppa maybe bring your own teabags ! All in all a brilliant base and I would highly recommend

    Irish family of 4 travelled. Lovely hotel very clean spacious and in nice area. Plenty shops and restaurants within 2 to 5 mins walk. Lovely staff very friendly. It was 54eur return from the airport to the hotel door in a shared minibus. About a 30 min drive. Breakfast is from 7.30 am and very good. We were able to have our breakfast early the morning we were leaving at 7am. Thanks to the nice staff. We stayed in room 35. Very big sized apartment. Two bedrooms , living room, kitchenette smart TV. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Back street location conceals an excellent value apartment hotel

    This hotel is a hidden treasure off Dob Utca about 8 minutes walk from Oktogon. The room was large, clean, well equipped, warm and includes a very useful kitchenette, should you wish to eat in on any occasion.The bed was pleasantly firm but only supplied with 1 pillow per person. Breakfast is served between 8 & 10 and is a pleasant buffet. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) when reception had already closed & had to ring a telephone number to obtain a code to get onto the building & check ourselves into our room which felt a bit AirBnB-ish but the surprise of finding our room so well equipped made up for that.Overall, a highly recommended & very affordable accommodation option in Budapest.

    We arrived after 6 pm but the reception desk had closed. Luckily, I had emailed ahead to inform the hotel that our bus would not arrive in Budapest until after reception closed. The hotel kindly replied with a key code and instructions regarding our key collection. All this went very smoothly. Our rooms were quiet, spacious, warm, and comfortable. Added bonus was a full mini bar. We thought that was a great touch after a very long journey. The ensuite was dated but more than adequate. There was plenty of hot water and towels. A small kitchen area with a kettle was handy. We were more than happy with our rooms. The breakfast was average at best. The tables were too close together and the dining room was very full. The scrambled eggs and sausages were cold.The pastry selection was poor. Breads were available and a tiny toaster. Nice jams. There was a pancake machine, which was nice but no maple syrup. Some fresh fruits were available and alternative milks. No gluten-free options. Freshly made boiled eggs were nice. There was no breakfast tea, only herbal teas and coffee. The reception staff after breakfast were friendly and answered our questions about early check out arrangements. All in all, it was a good experience.

    It's centrally located and a shortish walk to most major things in Budapest. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was really good.That said, the room was a bit small and the only working elevator could take ages to come.
