This attractive hotel is ideally located in the city centre, near to the Western railway station and the Margaret Island. It is a mere 150 m to the West End City Centre shopping centre, which is the largest facility of its kind in central Europe. More shops and thrilling cultural venues as well as the most celebrated tourist attractions are easily reached on foot or using local public transport.

Facility

7 suites, 2 single rooms and 30 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service and a laundry service. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, satellite television, a radio and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.     Lovely hotel friendly welcome. Great value for money. We had a double/twin room. Our only complaint is that we ended up with a twin room when we wanted a double so please make sure you request what you want.     Great location and perfect room. Breakfast was very basic but you get what you pay for.The receptionist was very friendly and helpful I did not catch her name but she was there daily.     we had booked for 4 nights at the city ring hotel. As soon as we went to the room, we saw that they had given us a room with 2 single beds. while the agency's notes were double beds, because we were a couple. we went to the reception and asked them to change our room. The receptionist said that it was impossible, they could only join the beds, of course I did not accept because I had paid the money for a double bed. I got angry with the situation, even though it was their fault, the receptionist THREATENED me that she could kick me out of the hotel. There was no manager there to talk to and resolve the situation. However, our agency made it possible to change the room, and as a result it was again an improvised double bed, creating a large dividing line in the middle, very uncomfortableAbout cleanliness... the sheets were clean, butrrrr THE DUVETS INSIDE THEM WERE YELLOW, maybe old, maybe unwashed. had to pay extra money to change the towels, inconceivable. The sheets were changed every 6 days. Very lukewarm breakfast. I will return to Budapest again, but ABSOLUTELY NOT to this hotel.     Hi,I loved Budapest, a great tourist spot for lovers of medieval architecture and lively evenings!People are hospitable and decent and what can I say about the hotel ... excellent value for money! The entrance doesn't look like much, but it's quite different inside! The staff is warm and downright friendly, the room is exactly what you see on pics and the service is good. The location is ideal for public transport and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel - all in all, it's top-notch!     Just returning from a fantastic 4 night break as a family of 3 Hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, cleaned daily, great central location shower gel and hair dryer available, great breakfast with eggs, toast, breads, cheese, meats, cerial etc There are 3 time slots available for breakfast times with voucher cards from reception. Staff were very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. We never heard any noise whilst we have been here. We have had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.
