    Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. When we moved the bed, there was a significant amount of dirt and dust underneath, which clearly showed that cleaning standards were very low.We also did not receive the double bed room that we had specifically reserved, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The entire hotel felt very outdated, with old furniture and facilities that seemed neglected.Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

    Exellent service very helpfull Hotel in a very central location handy for all transport needs 20 mins walk from airport bus transfer breakfast not great if you are english tea and coffee in the rooms would have been nice large rooms with a double bed and 2 singles all very comfortable would highley recommend this hotel bit outdated furniture wise but overall a great 5 night stay.

    Stayed here in a 4 bed family room having booked via a package deal.Reading reviews we were apprehensive....Well I won't be staying anywhere else when I visit again because this place was the best value for money.Yes it's all a bit old fashioned and dated - but :- number 1 it's really clean.- it's freshly painted and presented as well as an older place could be - so it's well maintained and cared for - not run down.- it's location is unbeatable - right in the heart of it yet about 100M back from the main street so not very noisy for such a central spot.- 24 hour manned reception ensuring good security - friendly and helpful.- a decent shower/bath in a nicely maintained clean bathroom - no cracked tiles or dirty corners.We had a fab stay - even a fridge in the room and a decent sized TV.

    We really liked it. The location is good on the Pest side just a few metres from the 4 & 6 tram lines and within an easy walk of the centre. It is a bit dated but actually we quite liked that, it reminded me a lot of trips to Hungary in the 80’s - but in a good way. Breakfast was a bit basic and there aren’t too many facilities but I would stay there again if I wanted a reasonably priced hotel in a central location.

    The location is good, it is close to several public transit.The hotel staffers were very friendly and helpful.However, the room is very small, everything is in need of refresh / upgrade. It does not coffee maker, we had to come down to the restaurant to get hot water and make tea.
