    the location of this hotel is very nice, at the city center, beside restaurants and river. but you don't feel safe. rooms are very hot. all rooms don't have air condition, people at reception are not all nice and helpful. but the breakfast is so good.

    A very nice and clean room in the middle of the center of Budapest. The Market hall and Freedom bridge are on walking distance (5 minutes walk). I would recommend to start with the Freedom bridge (from there you can see 5 other bridges, including the Chain bridge). The National museum is also special to visit as you can only access this by a very old fashioned mini tram (which goes up in a special way).

    The perfect location is a minute walk to the Vaci Utca and the market area. We could not have been happier. The breakfast was plentiful and our room was clean and bright. The staff was helpful and made arrangements for us to see the city during our short stay.

    Hotel was in a good location for exploring budapest. Hotel staff allowed us to check in late..1am as our flight was delayed. We had a top floor room which had 2 skylights. Only a blind at one skylight which made room really bright in the mornings so no chance of a lay in. Also the church bells nearby rang fairly early and very loud so if u like to sleep beware. The air con unit in the room didn't work either which made room roasting. It was 30 degrees when we were there so still very hot at night. The lift was slightly odd sounding and sounded like water dripping and took ages to go up and down... We used the stairs after the 1st time. If on the top floor u need to be fit. The staircase however is lovely looking... Nice big wide stairs.Breakfast was included in our room rate. Selection was basic but ok. Rolls, cheeses, cold meats, fruit salad. Juices and coffee also.The hotel had a safe which we left our passports in when we went to the spa for the day which was handy. Rooms had a small selection of a mini bar which we had 2 waters from on night we arrived late so this was a good feature.Staff booked us a cab for 4am the morning we left. All staff were helpful and friendly.

    Nice hotel. Centrally located.near the covered market and linked to the main street Vaci Utca . Staff nice and helpful in every subject. Good breakfast . Large and clean room. There is no air-conditioning but a there is a fan. 24 hour reception.
