Located approximately 3 km from the heart of Budapest with all its tourist attractions, this urban hotel is ideal for business travellers. There are a number of shops nearby, and access to public transport is about 100 m away.

47 rooms, including 6 apartments, 10 single rooms and 21 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     This hotel is truly a gem! Honestly, I could not have had a greater experience! The desk clerk ( really concierge), Levy, was extremely helpful and informative about everything I needed to know. The other young man whose name is don’t remember was also wonderful- filled my hot water bottle when I wasn’t feeling well and was very supportive.In terms of the rooms; they are very typically European. Everything you need in a compact space, so if you’re looking for the expansive BA experience, this may not be for you.Breakfast buffet was probably the best I’ve ever had in Europe, with an array of hot and cold dishes and great coffee. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a large shopping plaza and the Holocaust Museum and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!     The room was spacious, but the walls were made of cardboard. There was a lot of noise; you could literally hear everything, even the neighbor setting on the toilet. Around 5:15 AM, the first alarm went off for guests leaving for the airport. The bathroom smelled like a dead rat (sewage). I ran water down all the drains and then plugged them. The drain in the middle of the bathroom smelled the worst. I put a plastic bag with a trash can over it to block the smell. The TV had no signal. I didn't need it, but they don't need to advertise it if it doesn't work.     The location of the hotel is good because of easy access to transportations and groceries. The atmosphere feels so classy and very welcoming. The value is very satisfying. The staff are very accommodating and friendly specially the receptionists. They are very patient with my questions and inquiries. The breakfast was very delicious. Everything we want need is there. There are just problems with the room. The bathroom smells awful. The lights were kinda dark for us to see. No free slippers at least.     I'm not sure I understand some of the negatives comments about this hotel. My friend and I stayed from the early hours of Friday 5th, leaving Monday 8th September. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and there was PLENTY of food at breakfast! The variety of food was amazing and it was constantly being topped up. The hotel had catered for all dietary requirements. Rooms were cleaned every day. It was also located it in an area where we were able to walk absolutely everywhere; I'm sure the public transport is great, but we didn't need to use it.
