  Great Hotel!

  First of all I'd like to say what a great hotel this is. The staff; check-in, bar, breakfast, room attendants; all extremely helpful & friendly. The standard rooms were slightly on the small side, but very well equipt. The bathroom was also well equipt & stylish. Both the room & bathroom were spotlessly clean.The location was brilliant. Around the corner & across the road was the Chain bridge, hop on hop off bus stop, tram stop & a 5 minute walk to the Danube river trips which was included in the hop on hop off bus ticket price. In the opposite direction to this from the hotel, a 2 minute walk will take you to a square with bars, restaurants & market stalls selling food & a variety of other things like pottery & gifts.We are a big fan of this hotel & we highly recommend it.   Very Good Hotel Option in Central Budapest

  I found this hotel to be very good! It’s centrally located, just one block from the river and tram service, right behind the InterContinental Hotel. The hotel is modern, with small but comfortable rooms and a great shower — everything you really need for a Budapest trip.The breakfast was excellent and included in our $142 per night rate. There is construction going on next door (as of April 2026), but it didn’t affect our stay at all. We did notice the block isn’t very busy with businesses and activity, but it’s really no big deal — just a heads-up.   The hotel is located right where the shopping center is, walkable distance to many different areas, which I was very happy with. The hotel was under construction sadly so their kitchen was closed.   Good location but not good for lots of luggage.

  I really liked the location, it was near the Danube, chain bridge, Parliament building and easily walkable area. Also public transportation was readily accessible. The breakfast buffet had a vast array of choices with local cuosine but it seemed to be missing something for my taste buds. The all the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The bartender Adam is a wealth of knowledge being a history major besides other facts. I would recommend stopping by and bend his ear. Hungary has a interesting history. The 4 stars is because the room was quite small. I managed with my luggage (small roller and carry-on) but if you have a lot of cases or large suitcase it would be very difficult to manage. The bathroom and shower was nice. From the very first moment we contacted them, the customer service was absolutely perfect.The team is attentive, kind, and professional at the highest level. They assisted us with every request and provided quick, helpful responses to all our inquiries.
