The hotel was built in 1872. The hotel has 123 rooms, including 7 single rooms and 108 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Not the best hotel breakfast bad

    Best location in the city center, close to everything you need. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!     Great location, but awful hotel. The staff is friendly, but the the cleanliness of the room was very bad. There was mold and dirt in the bathroom. Further, we could see hairs and other residue from previous guests on the bed on the sides of the bed. Carpet was also dirty.     Not great - tired and dated hotel

    As others have commented dated tired hotel in a good location. Breakfast very poor quality. Orange squash and not fresh!! Basic for a breakfast buffet. Staff ok not overtly friendly. Budapest was lovely just wouldn’t use the hotel again. Best steak restaurant was opposite which was great!!
