    TERRIBLE experience! we were robbed from our room. the administration of the hotel found who exactly entered our room, but did nothing!. be careful, they are thieves and take no responsibility for the staff.

    ---**Eurostars Danube Budapest – Do Not Book Here**⭐ (1/5)Experienced traveler, hundreds of hotels worldwide — this ranks among the worst, not for the quality alone but for the complete dishonesty.Charged €600/night during Champions League — five times the standard rate of €120 — locked into a non-refundable booking. On check-in day, the identical room was selling on Booking.com for €619 less.The entrance runs through a neglected passage smelling of urine with no safe drop-off. The room looks nothing like the photos — carpet odors, broken blackout curtains, maintenance below any 3-star standard. I waited 5 hours at check-in with no early room and was never offered so much as a glass of water.I submitted a formal written complaint and offered to accept even a credit voucher. Complete silence — Sunday, Monday, nothing.I checked out early and moved to another hotel.**Misleading photos, predatory pricing, zero accountability. Avoid.**

    I had a fantastic 6-night stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—exactly what you need after long days exploring Budapest.What truly stood out, though, was the reception team. They were absolutely brilliant—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Patricia and the rest of the reception staff for going above and beyond throughout my stay.You all made this 4-star hotel feel like a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be back! 6 éjszakát töltöttem itt, és nagyon elégedett vagyok a tartózkodásommal. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt – pont amire szükség van egy hosszú, városnézéssel töltött nap után Budapesten.Ami igazán kiemelkedett, az a recepciós csapat volt. Egyszerűen fantasztikusak – kedvesek, figyelmesek, és mindig készek voltak segíteni bármiben.     We booked this hotel on the same day as check in, having booked an apartment that, on arrival, was absolutely dreadful. So a quick search revealed this hotel. Four stars, lovely big comfortable bed, clean, reception staff very helpful, no complaints at all, great location and a recommended choice. Good value and an okay breakfast.

    Hotel located close to everything, dates interior but still very nice and.l comfortable. Breakfast was included, could be better at keeping the food warm especially the pancakes, they tasted like they’d been in the fridge and served cold, I like mine warm. Room was very comfortable and a nice size.
