This city hotel is located next to the central artery of Budapest (Rákóczi út), close to the ever stately building of the Eastern Railway Station. The hotel is ideally located for both business and leisure guests. Saint Elisabeth Church, which is considered to be a masterpiece of the German Gothic style, is located just a few hundred metres away, on Rózsák tere. Offering a gigantic selection of goods, Arena Plaza, the shopping centre with the largest floor area in all of Central Europe. The bus station and links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity. The Museum of Fine Arts, the castle district, the opera house, Széchenyi Thermal Bath and the parliament building are all just a few kilometres away, while Budapest International Airport is some 14 km from the hotel.

6 single rooms and 43 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     The service was excellent the rooms are better in real life in comparison with the pictures. the bathroom was great the showde was good enough towels. The only things i wished was better was the breakfest especially the Bread was nog that great the eggs bacon and coffee etc.. were all really good.     I would like to thank the young man on reception for being extremely helpful in giving my friend and I directions on arrival. Our room was comfortable, very quiet, we overlooked the courtyard but that didnt bother us as we were out and about, the hotel is very convenient for transport, and free for all nationalities 65 and over!! The only negative thing to say is sadly the cooked breakfast wasnt nice, slimey or rubbery eggs!     My friend and I greatly enjoyed our few days in Budapest, The hotel was lovely with a very nice room. It was my birthday while there and the hotel kindly put cake and bubbly in our room! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful especially Mitski, Szilvi and Zita - very friendly girls. The tiles everywhere were so clean and sparkly and we were very happy with the tasty breakfasts in a gorgeous dining room! Thank you.     I definitely do not recommend it. The staff is very rude. Breakfast is very late. I went down early for breakfast because of work and wanted to get a coffee while they were still preparing it. They tried to sell me Hotel Bristol, Sales at Hotel Bristol, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear you do not recommend the hotel due to very rude staff and the issue during breakfast.It is unacceptable that you were treated poorly and that staff tried to sell you coffee when you needed it early for work.     Just stayed at the Bristol for 3 Nights, the hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast is good but limited, rooms are of good size, short walk to the main public transport hubs, trains, trams, buses and metro.The Hotel has a shocking 10am check out, you can ask to keep your room until 12pm but will cost you 20 euro.On the whole a pleasant 3 star Hotel but definitely not a 4 star.
