Location

This hotel is located in the cultural, tourism and business centre of Hungary. Guests will find the best restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in Budapest in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and it is 200 m to links to the public transport network and to the tourist centre of Deak Ter. Just 300 m away, visitors will discover the River Danube, the shops of Váci Street and Chain Bridge. Buda Castle and the parliament are 600 m away and it is 800 m to Westend railway station and 2 km to Heroes Square. The hotel can be reached easily by car or by public transport. Budapest Airport is 30 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 46 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     We booked a standard double room, which appeared to be a good size for two people based on the photos advertised on Love Holidays. However, upon arrival, the room was significantly smaller, cramped, and did not resemble the images shown online. The bed was also much smaller than expected.Due to how small the room is, we feel claustrophobic, and there is not enough storage space for our suitcases and personal belongings. This has given us a very bad start to our trip.We raised our concerns with reception, but they were very dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, the room and experience did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend booking this hotel or this room type. Very dissatisfied and disappointed..     The standard double room was not at all what is shown. They are tiny box rooms with no room to move. A small double bed, all pictures are extremely miss leading and very unhelpful reception staff when asking for help. Over priced and underwhelming.     We stayed here for a week in October. The hotel is ideally located being a stones throw from the Basilica and central to most sights. The rooms were lovely with a spacious bathroom,comfy beds and well decorated. The only complaint was the rooms were warm, but that's not really a complaint. Breakfast was lovelynwoth a great range to chose from. And the staff, wow, they were all so helpful and friendly.
