    Fantastic hotel, very welcoming especially for one of the hotel’s receptionists Balazs, 5 star all round. He went above and beyond to help me and my friends to navigate our way around the city.Friendly staff working the hotel.Lovely choice of breakfast, bedrooms cleaned every day, clean towels daily.Would recommend this hotel.

    Very well positioned hotel when you visit for a Conference/Congress at the HUGEXPO

    Very comfortable and well connected hotel, right in the middle of things. Tram 37 that takes you to HUGEXPO passes right outside while two metro stations are in a distance of 6 minutes walk.Very clean and the people at the reception are very helpful.I will gladly stay there again.

    Mixed stay - lots of pluses with a few minuses

    Firstly the pluses - a good sized room with a mini fridge, polite and welcoming staff, well located for the Metro, tram and Tesco Express about a 2 minute walk. Small niggles about the room - no shower rod so only position is so high it’s impossible not to get your hair wet, the air conditioning works ok but it’s not directed into the sleeping part of the room so our clothes were lovely and cool but we were still warm. Milk/cream cartons not replaced at all.Breakfast was busy but fine - for some reason English breakfast tea is not available-there is a large selection of fruit teas and coffees but I was not the only person missing my morning ‘cuppa’!Very handy that we could store our luggage on our last day as we had a late flight home.

    We had a very pleasant family stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Good value for money and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is decent, although not the most central, but overall we were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.
