Location

    Excellent location right in the center of the shopping district and only a few minutes walk from the river.The buffet breakfast was adequate but the half board evening meal was excellent, big portions of great food, compliments to the chefs.We did have an issue during our stay with some difficult guests. All the staff stepped up to deal with an uncomfortable situation, this was much appreciated, thank you.Special thanks to Balint Varga who gave a rapid response to address our concerns.     Over all the stay was satisfactory. The bathtub was dangerous for taking a shower. Also, a railing is needed at the front door.     Hard to fine the entrance. Very small room, very small bathroom, Shower is over the bath and became very slippery getting in and out. Staff were very nice.     Truly excellent hotel in Budapest!

    This is an excellent place, right in the heart of the city and all the amazing action that goes on here. We loved our stay. It is clean, well-designed and modern. Staff was outstanding at check-in. Anna was so professional, friendly, informative and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant and we had a very nice meal on our first night thanks to her. The location is truly amazing. It's a short walk to the Danube, a short walk to the buses that go everywhere, a short walk to the M1 line (up to the bath house maybe), and a short walk to the Airport Express bus. We are leaving tomorrow sadly - what a city. In every direction, there are bars, cafes and restaurants so the whole place is just fantastic. We did not do the breakfast so can't address that. We also didn't do the restaurant but it looked quite good as we walked by multiple times.To the staff here, thank you very much for a great 3 nights in Budapest. We loved your place.     We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a varied selection.
