    Very good breakfast. Staff is friendly, the Security man Caba is super because find my lost barber machine. Recomand this hotel from friends.     8 days working in Budapest - Hotel people taking care of me

    Landed in Budapest for a 8 days stay (work), during the worst snowfall since 1987. My case lost - no clothes with me. During the 3 days it took to have my case back and the following days, everybody (at the lobby, at breakfast, at dinner and even the ladies that made up my room have been very kind and supportive, I felt at home. Very clean and effective. Spacious room providing internet access in the room, I could easily work from there. Stellar Breakfast (I went everywhere, but rarely I've seen such level of completeness and variety- my compliments). People, in every case has been the key. If I think to my stay there, Cannot recall anyone that has been rude, on the contrary, very kind, very supportive and also very effective.     Very disappointing stay – poor value for money

    We recently stayed at this hotel and, beyond the very questionable and unempathetic handling of a serious medical situation prior to our arrival, the on-site experience itself confirmed a very average level of quality, far below what one would expect from a Radisson brand...The value for money is clearly poor.Breakfast is acceptable but offers very limited variety, with no real effort to adapt or refresh the selection, even during the holiday season!The most serious issue is the air-conditioning system: strong sewage-like smell coming from the vents and extremely noisy, making proper sleep almost impossibleThe bedding is average at best, which is disappointing considering the price level!While public areas are clean and well maintained, the hotel completely lacks atmosphere with no background music and staff attitude feels cold and unwelcoming, well below usual hospitality standards...I have to say that during the festive season, a small tree and a few red flyers do not create a warm or festive environment....Overall, this is a purely functional hotel, suitable only for a short overnight stay, but not for a comfortable or enjoyable visit.At this price point, Budapest offers far better alternatives!
