  Had the best experience in Bidapest and it was made even more special by staying here. The staff were so welcoming friendly and attentive. The room was fabulous with all you could possibly need. Central, walked everywhere! Would thoroughly recommend

  Stayed 20/3/26 for 3 nights. Went straight to drop bags off at 11am, very welcoming, glass of Prosecco, kept bags for us till room was ready (not ready any earlier then check in time, always a bonus but not expected). Sat down with staff member showed us map, local extractions ect very helpful. Beautiful reception, coffee machine, ice machine, sweets, popcorn. Straight to 26 for brunch (would skip, overhyped, nice but nothing special, rude staff) Room 5. Pros- Stunning room!!! So clean, comfy bed, great air con & heating, record player, big tv, loads of seating and space, lovely bathroom, mini bar (didn’t use but looks nice) coffee machine, lots of storage, sky lights. Cons- so loud :( must be on the road, can hear cars & motorbikes, bars, music and shouting till gone 3am. I don’t know who signed off on metal stairs but can hear next doors every footstep. Thin quilt. Location- 10/10 depending on what you want to do. We walked to castle, fisherman’s bastion, Matthias church, ruin bars, restaurants and synagogue. Overall a great stay, lovely staff and environment. Clean, aesthetically appealing & quirky. Would recommend.

  Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms and great location!

  Nice rooms, atmosphere, value for money and location. They had free mimosas in the mornings for hotel guests and massages on one night of our visit. The restaurant looks pretty and is good for some cocktails but for breakfast we recommend Popolare, which is just a few minutes away and to enjoy dinner at Goli. Hotel however has a rather late check-in at 15, and early check-out, at 11. We were emailing and hoping to check-in earlier but the option was left open so when we did go to the hotel, we found out we still had to wait. Would have been nice to know that earlier. The hotel helped me to plan a surprise at the room, as they said they have an Anniversary special for 35€ - which I hoped to enjoy as we planned on checking-in earlier.. The surprise was a bottle of white wine with champagne glasses in the cooler with already melted ice (so practically just a tub of water), and next to it a mini bottle of sparkling wine that wasn’t cooled, with two pieces of chocolate next to it. Which was kind of confusing. I’m not etiquette police but that was even strange for me, for a hotel with this caliber.. Why champagne glasses for white wine.. and if the glasses were meant to be for the small sparkling wine, then why wasn’t the small sparkling wine in the cooler?! Also there was a nice box of chocolates in the minibar, priced like 6€ or smth, so I just couldn’t add up how this was a 35€ package and what did it actually include? But thats on me, as I did not specify what exactly the package includes. Just somehow I would assume that for that I get like more of a show?! Like if it is the special “Anniversary package” then someone had to think it through right, as in what are people paying for, is it a fair price, why those glasses or two bottles, as in you either pay for quality or experience, like even a nice rose or the rose petals in the room or whatever. And if you thought of it on the spot then why not even try to think it through? I wanted my partner to have a “wow” moment or a surprise. So just a recommendation - you can use the same blue sparkling wine you are serving with mimosas, on the cooler (a big bottle), with champagne glasses, a box of chocolates or some fruits, and rose petals on the bed or some flowers (even one would do). Thats the basic thing you want and expect. But again, its on me to assume things. Other than that it was a great experience and we would definitely come back! :)

  Worst service ever and LOUD MUSIC UNTIL MORNING

  This is the most terrible hotel I’ve ever been! We specifically asked for the quiet room and payed the 2 floor junior suite and ask whether this room is quite (prior check in). They assured us that it is. And then the RESTAURANT AND BAR happened right under our windows, which made it impossible to sleep! The reception said the hotel policy is to be loud until 5 am in the morning and we should be thankful they will lower the music at 00:00. But promised to change the room. In the morning the new receptionist said there is no room and no manager for the weekend either! We asked for refund and to move out, but apparently the refunds are also against the policy! So, no room change, no silence and no refunds! The most terrible service and the the damage to the whole day of the holiday.
