    I have stayed here twice in Oct 25 and Jan 26. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean and comes with the basics (cutlery, towels etc) you need. The building itself is located in a quiet side street very close to Corvin. Very close to metro, trams and buses. Check-in is all done online and you collect the door key from lock boxes in the reception area. I thought it was good value for money.

    Great location near to city centre, transport links to trams/buses and near the Jewish district with lots of bars and attractions. Check in was easy but do email them 24 hours in advance of check in as you need 2 separate codes to get in the door and another for your key card. Saying this we felt safe and the front desk were very prompt to reply to me. Room was nice and clean and lots of storage. Few things to mention; corridor leading to the room was in complete darkness the entire time as light switch was on a timer? Wierd & abit scary at night. No kettle provided , there was a dulce gusto but when we tried to boil some hot water through it there was a rancid smell that could only have been from milk in the machine From at least a couple of weeks ago. We decided we didn’t want to get poisoned so we instead boiled water on the stove with a pan. Worked great. Shower head kept slipping as well bc the holder kept coming loose. Only 1 key card for both of us. Room was very cozy and had air conditioning which was good as if you have the windows open youll hear the bin men at 5am every morning beeping and shouting.Plus there was a small gap in curtains when closed so if you like blackout curtains bring your own. Overall the place was very clean ( fridge was spotless!) and had had very good amenities ( hairdryer, iron smart tv and wifi) and easy to use! Despite the minor issues I’d 10/10 visit again.

    The room was spacious and tidy, but the fact that there were no curtains on most of the apartment’s windows let in light during the early morning hours and didn’t allow us to sleep. In addition, when we arrived, there was a communication malfunction that made it impossible to open the apartment door. It took over an hour until room service arrived and gave us a key to enter the room. It was an unpleasant experience standing outside the apartment with children in cold and rainy weather. I wouldn’t return to a place where room service doesn't provide quick and helpful support.

    Customer service below criticism! We chose this accommodation because it promised private parking for 20 euros per day. It was not possible to reserve a parking space when booking, supposedly it should have been done during online check-in, but we didn't see such an option. We wrote and called customer service several times but received no response.My wife was waiting for me at the entrance with our 2 small children while I could park the car in a public parking house.The accommodation does not come close to the pictures posted on Booking or even on Tripadvisor. The pictures I post tell everything. We were greeted by a smoky, tobacco smell in the apartment.

    If you book this hotel, you better call them before you travel. We booked for three nights (Aug. 23-26) but were unable to get into the hotel the first night. There is no front desk, and they don't answer their phone at night. There is an online check-in procedure to get into the hotel, but they never informed me of it in advance. We were stranded late at night and had to search for another hotel and pay for a night's stay there. The hotel would not give me a refund for the night I paid for but did not receive.As for the room--a suite actually--it was nice enough. There's a small washing machine that may also dry, but I couldn't figure out the settings. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. I guess you have to bring your own. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave.
