Location

This luxury hotel is located on the banks of the Danube on the historical Buda side of the city. The city centre and the renowned castle quarter are approximately 5 km away as well as the scores of shops in the West End City Centre. It takes 45 minutes to the airport on public transport.

Facility

8 suites, 16 single rooms and 286 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, translation services, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a baby bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has 2 family rooms and 310 non-smoking rooms.

Carefree hours in the water await guests in 3 pleasantly heated indoor pools. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium.

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a lobby bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board.     The hotel is good , Workers are so nice . Especially Ms . Sercan is so kind and helpfull and smiling. Breakfast is also great. But there is bad smells on coridors and on stairs.     Comfortable bed and a very spacious room, but the décor felt quite dated. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work despite being listed as an amenity. The front desk claimed all of Hungary was in “winter mode,” which felt like an blatant lie, and the room stayed uncomfortably hot unless we opened the windows, letting in loud traffic noise.Cleaning staff entered the room while we were showering which really shocked us as we hadn’t put the “please clean my room” sign up!The pool area was lovely, and the location is great. It’s only a two-minute walk to public transport.
