    had a disappointing experience during my stay bus hostel Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. The room [mention a specific issue, e.g., was not clean / had maintenance issues], and the staff's response was not helpful. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the quality of stay for future guests. I cannot recommend this place based on my recent visit.to anyone

    We had the double room with shared bathroom. The room was tiny. There was barely space to open the door and the only furniture beside the beds was some kind of a cupboard with shelves. The shared kitchen is too small for the number of rooms. It is basically full with 5 people in it. I liked the bathrooms. They are spacious and very clean. The location of the hostel is good. Reykjavik center is in easy walking distance.

    I find it good. My stay in RVK 101 (represent) would be good with these guys:'cause their room was cheap (SINGLE ROOM) their service was stellar! (even included room service)I wish to extend this and say Bus' hosts were great, cleaning daily, making sure you had room service daily and taking CARE OF YOUR BUS TRIP IN. AND. OUT. OF TOWN!They would also let you in early (if you are smart) and contact the service-line for support.A smiling and great gang!My stay in Reykjavik would definitely not be the same!Thank you, Knut, the norwegian🤸‍♂️✌️

    Nice place. Very busy. Great bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful front desk. The kitchen is a bit small so it can get crowded but is a great way to meet people. Really only negative for me was that the walls can be a bit thin. Most people are really respectful.

    Downsides are It's not that cheap, it's not that clean, it's noisy, mostly entitled gen Zs, the walls are paper thin, the bedding smells of previous sweaty people and generally it's not that good. Pluses are Showers are ok when you can get into them, staff ok and good transport links. Won't be staying in this flea pit again
