    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my complaint regarding missing personal belongings during my stay at the hotel.I stayed at the hotel on 20 May 2026 and checked out on 21 May 2026. After departure, I realised that I had inadvertently left a pair of jeans and a new jacket in my room, which were placed in the cupboard.I contacted the hotel promptly to report the missing items and requested that the matter be investigated. I was informed that I would receive a call back; however, no response was provided, and I had to follow up multiple times myself.When I eventually received an update, I was told that only the jeans had been found and that the jacket was not located. This response is concerning, as both items were left together in the same location in the room.The handling of this situation has been disappointing, particularly the lack of timely communication and the apparent inconsistency in the information provided. I expected a higher standard of care and accountability from a hotel of the standing of Hilton Hotels & Resorts.Overall, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in the hotel’s lost property procedures and the reliability of its housekeeping and follow-up processes. I would appreciate a thorough review of this matter and a clear explanation of what steps have been taken to locate both items.     Gets a prize as a 1980 style hotel!!

    This hotel , inspite of being "redone" in 2016 , is like a time warp. The room I had was 1980!! No smart walk in shower unit etc - all old 1980 tiles and an old bath/shower.Room needed renovation as do the public areas to say the least. Scandi-chic went out years ago. Breakfasts are very good as is bar.     We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We were lucky to have an executive room with a beautiful view towards the mountains and ocean. Our room was spacious, bright, very comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were very good with an excellent selection. The dining room was very busy on a couple of mornings around 7am with bus parties. We used the executive lounge every day and the staff looked after us very well. It was kept clean and the dirty dishes removed promptly. We loved the delicious soups provided. Disappointed that despite having paid for breakfast on our last day we couldn’t get it because we had to leave for our 10 am flight. They did offer us something from the chiller cabinet in reception but not very appealing for breakfast.     Fantastic stay

    We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Nordica. The rooms were lovely, well equipped and clean. The main thing about this hotel has to be the staff, without exception everyone we encountered was friendly, kind and helpful. It was a special occasion for us and they went out of there way to make us feel special, even leaving a delicious plate of treats in the room for my husbands birthday. We had two rooms and they honoured our request to be near each other (they placed us next door). We also arrived before lunch and they still managed to grant us access to our rooms straight away. It is a little way out of the centre but the walk there and back along the coast is lovely, we used the readily available escooters several times which just added even more fun to our trip. There's a supermarket 2 mins walk away which is really handy for snacks. There's also a bus stop right outside and several restaurants nearby too. Would not hesitate to 100% recommend you stay here. It really made our trip.     We had a lovely two night stay. Generous room size, with a beautiful view towards the water. Our room was clean as were all the areas of the hotel we were in. On property parking was an added bonus. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.
