    Nice hotel near the airport. Modern and clean. Standard double room has enough space and modern bathroom. We tried also the bistro inside (take off) which serve good food. We did not had breakfast because too expensive (20€/person)

    Everything about our stay was not good. The location is in the middle of nowhere & it is extremely difficult & expensive to go anywhere to eat or sightsee. The hotel itself was dirty & under construction. The staff were rude & unhelpful. The secure storage for our luggage prior to check in consisted of a room filled with broken kitchen appliances and no way of securing your luggage. Advertised as free breakfast & airport shuttles was a lie & the price to book either of those things was very high. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel ever again.

    Handling Rude or Disrespectful Behavior

    I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of a staff member named Kasia. The attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. No customer should be spoken to or treated in such an unpleasant manner. Respect and basic manners cost nothing, yet this experience lacked both. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior because it damages the reputation of the entire place.

    This hotel was barely ok for our last night’s stay on holidays. Everything was cheaply put together. There were no towel rails to hang towels on. The one supply of body wash sat on the floor as the showers are without any shelving or dispensers. Holes in the furniture and to boot, our room was directly located opposite the lift so we heard all night the comings and goings of everyone on our floor. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport but this also costs extra!The only saving grace for this hotel was the restaurant. We had the burgers and they were delicious. If deciding on a hotel and others are similarly priced… pick the other one!

    Modern hotel a few km from airport. Large, comfortable, very clean room. Large modern shower room. Would stay again.
