    Horrible hotel, worst than Mumbai slums. we visitited india last month and decided to stay close to Airport worst decision.horrible roach motel.

    Airport Hotel Grand should change name to Airport Hotel Slum

    Check in date is 4 February 2pm. Flight got delayed & we only check in on 5 February at 4am. Shocking, our rooms are not ready. Waiting for guest to check out at 4am, for room service to clean the room & only then we can check in. Manager Mr Vikash was unprofessional & unapologetic. Keep on saying 2 minutes & we waited 40 minutes but room not done when went upstairs. Bedsheet & pillow sheet not changed & it stinks. No hot water for shower & water from the shower tab is milky. See photos attached. If you want to experience disaster, please book this hotel. I should say slum. We decided to check out at 7am.

    DreadfulPaid for executive room..as it was last night of our holiday...what a joke.It was more basic than others we had stayed in for a third of what we were charged.Hotel is in a very dodgy area....not safe to walk around especially in the dark.....and it's not near to airport or shopping centre as advertisedThere isn't a shuttle service as advertised....staff call a taxi then charge an inflated price and pocket part of the fareAVOID

    Good place, very comfortable room and clean and good food. Nice and helpful staff. Perfect night rest before taking the long trip back home.
