    There is practically nothing to like about the hotel. The hotel doesnt deserve the Crowne Plaza name - its more like a 3 star property. Service is non-existent. No one bother to take luggage on arrival or on departure. Room service takes ages - no requests get fulfilled earlier than 30 mins. The property itself is in dire need of renovation. The rooms looks extremely dilapidated. We had a huge water leakage in the lobby on one of the days. Breakfast and rest of the food is really sad. The buffet is stingy with limited choices and absolutely tasteless. its understaffed and most requests for fresh items go unattended.The hotel has positioned itself as a wedding venue and thats the only reason it runs. For stand alone stays, DO NOT GO here. P.S. - the hotel does have a good gym.
