  Could have been a solid mid range option but incompetence all around

  This is a total mixed bag. We did not know whether to cry or laugh at times. Airport pick up was fine. The car is ancient without seat belts at the back, driver started talking in phone while driving and I told him in no uncertain terms that he can not do that while driving with one hand. So, he continued to take all incoming calls to tell the caller that he can not talk now. The receptionist Karuna was very pleasant and helpful. We got Room 411. The guy (Rahul) took us in, turned the AC on, TV on and disappeared. The room was spacious, and clean. I turned hot water heater in the bathroom on (it was about 6:30 PM), started doing some work using wifi (which was good), my husband went to the bathroom and while seating at the toilet seat he got flooded with HOT water from the water heater. He jumped out before getting burnt. Called the front desk. Rahul showed up, did nothing (his intellectual ability was way below what is required to be in maintenance). Karuna realized the situation. The water heater was exactly above the toilet. Rahul told us he shut the valves off which he did not, I did later on. She took me to see Room 204 which is a tiny hole (I booked a deluxe room). She went to see if there are any deluxe room available. Rahul showed up and took me to see "another room". It was once again 204. Dumbfounded I came back up in my room, called Karuna and asked if that was a joke. We were supposed to see Room 404. When we went to see that room, it was not clean. Three people pretending to clean it. The woman was actually doing her make up in front of the mirror and the two mean were chatting. I spoke to the Manager and asked if we can sleep in 411 and quickly take shower in room 204 which he did not want to and I understand why under normal circumstance but it was an extraordinary situation where one guest almost got burned by hot water. He agreed that we can do it as long as it is within a time limit. He gave us 25 minutes after Room 404 gets cleaned "within 10 minutes". Instead We took bucket shower with the hot water already collected in the bucket. Asked for a restaurant with AC. Karuna told us to go to their Rooftop place. It was empty. As we were coming back two people showed up and reassured us it was open. It was an oven inside. They tried to turn the AC on and started hitting the switch. However, like almost everything else in the hotel, it did not work. The Manager very kindly took our hands, helped us to cross the busy road, we had dinner in a small but good restaurant. When we came back to our room we realized there is no remote for the AC. Guess who showed up with a remote? It was Rahul. However, he was supposed to set the temperature, not actually GIVE US THE REMOTE. It seems they only have one remote for the entire hotel. I said goodbye. Our airport ride was supposed to be at 5:30 AM. At 5 AM our phone rang. I had to tell them it was 30 minutes later. Ride back to the airport was fine.No rear set belts, as usual. But the driver did not talk in phone while driving either. It could have been a solid mid range option but utter incompetence all around made it way worse than that.

  Good Transit at Delhi Airport.

  We stay during our transit stay at Delhi airport with my wife and children. Thanking u they picked up me from the Airport at modnight even in one call and droped next day again. Very Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and corporative staff. Prompt service. Good rooftop restaurant.Reccommend to all for safe and secure stay at Delhi airport.   Stap is very bad room is note clean hotel manager Very angry we booked this hotel on-line we Ollredy pey mumy before cheek in but we bill wetiting more dan 40 minit wen going to room room inside very bad smell

  I stayed through Expedia. Very neat and clean and spacious room. Near to Delhi International Airport. Had very tasty food at roof top restaurant. They r also picked me from Delhi Airport on complementary basis as mentioned in facilities. Recommend every one when visit Delhi.

  We are Sri Lankans. Every year In December we visit New Delhi for a championship with students. We used to stay in this hotel because it is very neat, hygienic for children. The manager Mr. Misara is very friendly, supportive and caring. There is a very good restaurant with variety of food. All staffs and restaurant manager are very friendly. From 6th December 2018 to 12th December 2018 we booked this hotel for 97 members of our group. I thank the manager who have the full freedom to our 50 children to enjoy their stay as they wished. Very good hotel for reasonable charges. We enjoyed the stay and transport arrangements made by manager. Thank you sir. We hope to come again to the same place next year too.
