  We had just arrived in Delhi, and needed a place to stay just for the night. Another hotel we usually stay in was booked fully, so they recommended this place to us. We did not find it to be worth the price we paid. The room was quite dusty, there were some holes in the walls (which we could hear some kind of insect / small animal making sounds), and there was a hole in the window. It would be an okay hotel if the price was lower.

  Booked thorough oyo but when I reached there they asked me to pay extra money.1 ) Believe me readers, this hotel's room is not worth of 200 INR of your hard earned money.2) cockroach infested rooms, stained bed sheet. So unhygienic. Washroom is not usable.3) one of the workers of that hotel also tried to convince me to let himself drink at my room..4) very unsafe.

  I booked OYO 9726 Hotel Aura Palace Deluxe through OYO. It was a terrible experience. Hotel is dirty and filthy. AC of my room was not working. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel does not worth the money OYO charged from me.Mafizul Islam

  A terrible date with Bed Bugs and Termites!

  Last weekend, I had to stay near New Delhi for some unprecedented turn of events and Hotel Aura Palace appeared to be the cheapest available of the lot. Making the booking, I rushed to the hotel, only to find my bed trespassed by an army of Bed Bugs, and an tables with termites. The hygiene of the washroom was pathetic too. The TV remote had no batteries and the room service was slower than the Paharganj Traffic.To top it up all, the staff was least cooperative initially, but some tipping got the grooves moving.Would not recommend a stay at this property to even those who I envy!

  We booked on booking.com but when we got there they said they had given pour room to someone else and we couldn't stayed. They the made it seem like he was doing us a favour by not charging us. I explained if you are going to just give the room away you should use sites that confirm reservation of rooms. Which he didn't take well and said not to tell him what to do and to get out. Never experienced such a rude mannered person in hotel management in my whole time travelling. Claimed didn't have internet too when asked to use it to find a new hotel.
