    Smooth Overnight Stay Before an Early Flight

    Stayed at Novotel Aerocity for just one night before an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Check-in was quick and efficient.The hotel was comfortable and well-suited for an overnight stopover. Grabbed a quick coffee.A special mention to the staff, who were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay in a great location for airport travelers. I'd definitely consider staying here again.     A good hotel with incompetent front desk team

    I have stayed at Novotel Aerocity multiple times for business travel, which makes this review even more disappointing to write.Let me start by acknowledging that the rooms are comfortable, the property is well maintained, and the restaurant staff are courteous. In fact, that is the only reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1.Unfortunately, the front office and duty management team consistently fail to deliver a service experience that one would expect from an Accor property. My latest stay was particularly frustrating. On a busy Friday morning, it took nearly 45–50 minutes to complete a simple check-out process. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of urgency, ownership, or apology from the staff involved.This was not an isolated incident. Similar issues have occurred during previous stays as well, which points to a deeper operational problem rather than a one-off glitch.The duty manager (he was on night duty - 4th June, I dont remember his name) lacks customer orientation and made no meaningful effort to understand or address the situation. The overall front desk team appears inadequately trained and far below the service standards that Accor brands are known for.Given the number of excellent hotels available in Aerocity that offer significantly better customer service, I do not plan to stay at Novotel again for my corporate travel requirements.Novotel Aerocity needs serious investment in staff training and accountability - starting with the duty manager

    Expected Novotel Standard, Let Down by Poor Check-in

    I stayed at Ibis Aerocity the last time I was here, but the poor check-in service and endless queue jumpers, plus lifts that refuse to recognize the door access cards, led to a decision to never stay there again. So, I tried Novotel Aerocity this time round. Positive would be a much bigger hotel, cleaner, larger rooms, better house-keeping, etc. - what you would expect of a better hotel in the Accor range. But check-in service was left wanting. My booking included breakfast, but the check-in staff seemed to not register that, despite me showing proof. He gave some non-committal grunt and said he would confirm later. Apparently, he did not, and that led to another 3 more explanations to service staff at breakfast, before I finally got it settled when I went to the priority desk (I carry Gold and Explorer+), and despite me showing proof again of the booking confirmation (and app!), he made it seem like the hotel was doing me a favor and waiving off breakfast charges! In any case, breakfast was really nothing to shout about; a very small continental spread but I must say the Indian cuisine spread was huge in comparison (and quite delicious), although the food at the food court at Worldmark is better. Nevertheless, besides the poor check-in experience that basically started the stay really bad, Novotel is still a comfortable, spacious and clean hotel. Worth considering if you are staying at Aerocity... but I may just try Pullman next!

    Pathetic hospitality. Useless staff at reception even the manager is not proactive. In the morning construction noice started, even after calling them several times they didn't fix it, apart from lying on guest face that they sent duty manager to fix the same. Nothing Happened no prompt action was taken. Not a good hospitality hotel. 0 rating for their services.so Unprofessional they were. After a long day landed in the morning 4.30am just wanted to rest and this noise started. Deliberately they give such rooms so guest are disturbed.
