    Absolute Harassment! Unprofessional Management, Hidden Charges, and Zero Responsibility

    I have been a loyal customer of the Radisson brand and frequently stay at Radisson Blu Dwarka, as well as their properties in Ranchi and Jamshedpur whenever I travel to Jharkhand. I have always had a great experience with the brand, but the service at Radisson Blu Marina (Connaught Place) is a disgrace to the Radisson name. I never expected such pathetic and unethical behavior from a brand of this stature.I checked in on June 7, 2026. Since I had urgent work near New Delhi Railway Station, I chose this property; otherwise, I always prefer Radisson Blu Dwarka. On the afternoon of June 8, I spoke to their manager, Subhadra, requesting a one-day extension until June 10. She explicitly confirmed that it was done and there would be no issues.Out of nowhere today (June 9) at 3:00 PM, the General Manager, Anushay, called me and rudely stated that the hotel was sold out and I had to leave. When I confronted him about Subhadra's commitment, he changed his stance after a heated argument and said they could give me the room, but only if I paid an extra, inflated charge. When I asked him to connect me with Subhadra to clear the air, he made lame excuses saying she was on leave and he could not disturb her on a call. This is nothing but a cheap, last-minute extortion tactic to exploit a sitting guest.To make matters worse, after leaving, I realized my laptop bag was left behind at the reception. I was already 12–15 km away and tried calling their official number of the hotel 12 times just to confirm if the bag was safe. Nobody bothered to pick up the phone. I had no choice but to travel all the way back in Delhi traffic just to check on my laptop bag.If you are looking for a luxury segment hotel near Connaught Place or New Delhi Railway Station, please explore much better options like The Park Hotel or The Lalit. Do not waste your money here. This hotel has zero internal communication, zero ethics, and absolutely no accountability for its guests or their belongings! Avoid at all costs.
