    Had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the ambiance was truly delightful, and the staff were extremely courteous throughout. Every detail reflected warmth and professionalism, making the overall experience exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and great service.Only one point for consideration: the breakfast menu felt a bit limited. A more lavish spread would have elevated the experience even further.

    We had a wonderful two-day stay at the Hotel. They made the birthday celebration truly special with a delicious cake and a guitarist creating such a memorable moment for us. We genuinely enjoyed our time there.the hospitality was amazing.     The hotel is located at a very fine place, it is walkable distance from the Candolim beach. Front office people are very nice and efficient, Mr. Sanjeev was very helpful and did a fine job, whereas Mr. Ayanal was very reluctant to actually help us. The upgraded and renovated rooms have better vibes. The rooms are beautiful and the balconies are great. Manosh from housekeeping really does a very fine job, and is very hard working. Breakfast was excellent with huge options, food taste and quality too was great. Exceptional service was given by Mr. Sanjoy, the F&B manager, he went out of his way to help us with our food preferences specifically with our child food. He is a very honest person and very sincerely takes care of the guests. Overall an exceptional stay with great vibe and beautiful landscapes all around.     Room for improvement

    We stayed at this hotel in January . The reception area and restaurant area appear to have been modernised and are lovely spaces. Breakfast in the restaurant was disorganised sometimes with orders for cooked food been taken at the table but sometimes not and you would need to hunt down a member of staff to take your order. There are also no table menus so you are not fully aware of what is available. This could easily be improved. There is only one coffee machine for guests and coffee was not brought to your table. The out door seating area is lovely. We had a superior room booked with Tui , it was not superior in anyway it was a basic room with small bathroom. The shower was really powerful and we never ran out of hot water. Rooms are been renovated in the hotel but ours definitely had not. The room was quiet and clean and the air con and little balcony were great. It did miss blackout curtains and nice complimentary bathroom essentials. The pool area was well maintained and had a nice feel with the palm trees around it. There was about 14 sun beds which for the size of the hotel and pool area was no where near enough. More sun beds could easily be added around the pool and immediately next to the bar area looking towards the pool. The tables next to the bar simply moved back where there are none. The staff at the pool were great but as there wasn’t enough beds there really wasn’t anything they could do to help you . There was also no drinks service around the pool this would be a nice improvement. Overall the hotel was a good and the staff were friendly but there is definitely room for improvement as little things are missed and it lacks the luxuries you would expect.
