The place is awesome with good ambience and near to the baga beach.....enjoyed the stay with my wife.......This resort is beautiful with all the amenities. Best part is the room names which signifies spices and have mix of modern and traditional touch. Misbehaviour of the reception guy.

One of the reception guy was very rude and the way he talks is really in a offensive tone. The worst tone and behaviour ever faced. We get a really small tiny bottle of shower gel and shampoo which is not sufficient. Customer can not ask for shower gel bottle everytime it gets empty. Overall experience with a reception guy was really really bad. The positives: Excellent staff and lovely hotel, Negatives: Very loud at night(Unless you have a sound proof room)

Lovely place, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, the pool was relaxing, but the location is quite lively at night, luckily we had a sound proof room in the new part of the hotel, but we could still hear some noise, great place just wrong location at night. Horrible experience

They charged me 500 rupees for a small misplaced towel which would be in their laundry itself .Room service is below average and no toothpaste/toothbrush or slippers providedLoud music wo’t let you sleep till 3AM.Not suitfor kids and aged persons and lot of up and down stair walk is dueBreakfast buffet is good and beach is at walking distance. It was a memorable stay, wonderful room with lovely view.
