    The worst experience in hospitality till date! Don’t be mislead by the pictures on media platforms, the rooms are abysmal , the service is terrible, basic housekeeping is missing and promises made are promises broken. Highly advised against this sham of a resort.

    Very bed experience. We had had residential conference this hotel. Once we fixed price they charged extra. Not hotel down staff issues but one of the person Mr.sagar he is not given proper information to hotel staff.very aggressive person not like hotelier.pls don’t book this hotel by Mr. Sagar.he doesn’t have manners how to talk with guest . I am still shocked who gave him sales manager post.very bed person.

    The apartment was FULL of baby cockroaches, filthy toilet, dirty bathroom floor and grubby sheets. We arrived back about 12:30am to find the corridor littered with dirty trays of food……marvellous for the cockroaches! Literally no standard at all.

    The hotel is overpriced.Booked super deluxe for 2 days with b/f at 9K per night. Breakfast quality was substandard.room & toilet were pathetic.Front desk asked for balance payout before room allocation.Look for better options in North Goa.

    Dirty bedsheets, lots of cockroaches and insects, AC not working. Not at all good experience, not worth your money, the way it looks like in pictures it's not like that very shady place. I feel so cheated after booking it for 4 days and it's our 1st day all money wasted
