    Worst rude nature of duty manager ananya

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service I encountered during my stay, specifically regarding the conduct of the duty manager, Ananya.The lack of professional hospitality shown by her was startling. Instead of addressing concerns with the courtesy one expects from a property of this standing, her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, her tone throughout our interaction was entirely inappropriate—condescending and rude—which made a frustrating situation feel completely hostile.It is clear that she lacks the fundamental hospitality skills required for her role. She desperately needs to work on her tone and her ability to engage with guests respectfully. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it significantly diminished the quality of my experience at your hotel.     This hotel is not an elder/ senior citizen friendly. Lack of elevator facility making difficult for senior citizen to climb stairs to reach their room or else where in the vicinity of this hotel.
