Facility

The resort has a lift and features 98 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     Comfortable Rooms, Pathetic Service Experience

    ⭐⭐⭐☆☆I am writing this review while currently staying at the property for a 4-night stay.The property itself is nice, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the service standards are not what I would expect from a Taj/IHCL property. Our check-in experience was particularly disappointing. The reception staff came across as arrogant, argumentative, and far from welcoming at a time when we were already dealing with a booking discrepancy.Housekeeping service has also been consistently delayed. To add to the inconvenience, at around 12:50 AM, the TV in our room switched on automatically and could not be turned off using the available remote. Eventually, I had to call for assistance, and the staff switched it off by accessing the main power switch behind the TV. It was surprising that guests are not provided with proper control over the television.While the property is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable, the overall staff attitude and service experience have been below expectations and certainly not in line with the standards generally associated with the Taj brand.     Home away from home

    A home away from home. The hospitality of staff from the moment you enter this property to the moment you depart will make you feel visit again. We were traveling with a child and he enjoyed the stay pretty much. We had an early morning flight to catch and the staff was so sweat to pack breakfast for us and that too dot on requested time.
