    Exceptional Family Getaway with Outstanding Hospitality and Service

    When I talk about Novotel, I can honestly say that it is one of the best resorts for families. What truly sets this place apart is its people. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, and that makes all the difference.I travelled with my 11-year-old and 5-year-old daughters, and they both had a great time. The resort has a well-designed play area and fun games such as a pool table and basketball, which kept them entertained throughout our stay.I would especially like to recognize a few team members who made our stay memorable. Shankar from the pool team was fantastic. He spent time helping my daughter learn swimming techniques, and within just a couple of days, I could see a noticeable improvement in her confidence and skills. He made our time at the pool truly enjoyable.Food is a very important part of any vacation, and the food here was delicious throughout our stay. Equally impressive was the service. Pradeep and Lakhima, the hostess, were exceptional. They always welcomed us with a smile, checked on us regularly, and ensured we had a great dining experience. Their warmth and attentiveness stood out.From my experience, the biggest strength of this resort is its staff. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about making guests feel special.The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is the rooms, which feel a little dated. However, I understand that the property is currently undergoing renovations, and I was informed that the entire resort is expected to be renovated by August or September. It's great to see that this is already being addressed.Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to families. The combination of excellent hospitality, great food, wonderful staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere makes it a destination worth visiting.

    Absolutely wonderful experience at the place. Felt really relaxing and fascinating. Especially the service, I would personally like to thank mr. Pardip for his immense dedication and service. Not only him, I thank all the staff who helped me make my Goa trip memorable and my best trip till now
