Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Active guests can enjoy archery. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, badminton and darts. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.     We stayed at Planet Hollywood Goa in January along with more than 100 of our friends from IIT Kharagpur (1999 batch), and it was a wonderful experience overall.The food was good most of the time, with a nice variety to suit everyone. All the resort staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the laundry service was quick and efficient. The in-house massage services were very relaxing and added to the overall experience.One of the highlights is the huge swimming pool with an adjacent bar, which made it a great place to spend time with friends.A special mention to Chef Bimal and his team for taking good care of us and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.Overall, a very enjoyable stay, especially for large groups.     We had a really pleasant stay at Planet Hollywood hotel. All staff is really nice and helpful and reception people were always ready to answer our queries.The resort is well-equipped with nice, clean and spacious bedrooms, park, swimming-pool, games, kids area and activities.Plenty of tasteful choices are given in breakfast buffet.Would recommend this place for a stay in South Goa !     I recently completed my stay at Planet Hollywood Goa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a mix of highlights and areas for improvement.To begin with, the approach road from the main road to the hotel is in बेहद poor condition. It was quite disappointing to see that such a property lacks a proper access road, which creates a negative first impression.On a very positive note, the housekeeping and hospitality team truly stood out. Their responsiveness and willingness to help were exceptional. A special mention for how quickly and thoughtfully they arranged a birthday surprise for my son within less than an hour — that gesture was genuinely memorable and highly appreciated. This level of service is something I will remember for a long time.Coming to the breakfast experience, it did not meet expectations for a property positioned as a five-star hotel. While basic items like fruits and eggs were fine, the overall taste and variety of prepared dishes were underwhelming. I would rate the breakfast closer to a 3- or 4-star standard rather than a premium offering.In terms of overall positioning, the hotel does not quite match the standards of top-tier five-star properties. It feels more like a blend between a 4-star and a 5-star experience. Considering the price point, it offers decent value, but it doesn’t fully justify the cost.I would suggest that the management consider enhancing the guest experience by:- Improving the breakfast spread and quality - Introducing more engaging in-house activities - Offering thoughtful additions like high tea or curated experiences These improvements can help create a more memorable and complete stay, encouraging guests to spend more time within the property rather than just using it as a place to stay.Overall, a good stay with excellent service from the staff, but with clear opportunities to elevate the experience to true five-star standards.     A Wedding / Events not Holiday Hotel...Shout out to Jogesh!

    We stayed here for 6 nights and had a nice stay...the food was good and the staff were attentive. Our room [Sea View Villa] was nice and private with its own sunbeds. The hotel is mainly geared up for weddings / business events not holiday makers - not a big issue but there were 3 weddings during our stay...breakfast was very chaotic and the pool noisy, so we were pleased that we were able to relax by our room.One word of advice is to pay your bill as you go / GET receipts....the 'hotel' restaurant and the hotel do not work together...we got caught out with this and the Hotel Manager sent us another bill post check out [we had settled with zero balance] whilst we were en route to our next destination. Very stressful as we couldn't reconcile from memory and had to pay. Left a bad taste.A positive was Jogesh - he kindly offered to purchase a book that my husband had left on the plane as my Amazon App would not work - unfortunately, the delivery date did not sync.
