Behavior of a staff at front desk

We usually taking rooms from golf view hotel at airport last time I had a different experience from a staff actually don't know his name he was French bearded and standing at front desk at night 22.00He was rude the way he talks to the guest was totally unprofessionaly.....these kind of staffs will reduce the hotel ratings He was arguing with me and shouting at me There is no uniform.... no grooming and unprofessional talksBut there is lots of staff are there with good professional skills Shabari,ambily etc

A very good place to be at while travelling into or out of Cochin. Very close to the Airport. Good clean rooms, good service, complimentary breakfast which has a very wide spread out. The restaurant offers very tasty food. Only drawback is there is no complimentary drop to the airport even though its hardly 2km. I hope the managent looks into it.

We had our Batchmates re-union at this Hotel. It is a excellent property good & very close to Kochi Arport, Clean ,economical , all of us have no complaints at all.Hotel Staff is well behaved, disciplined & courteous to the guests. Very eager to solve the problems , if any.Food both veg & Non Veg was excellent & Very tasty & Chef was taking person care & asking guests about taste & any improvement / changes they like to have.Really the stay at this hotel , will be a life time memory for all of my classmates. We had a reunion of classmates from 6th February to 9th February at Airport golf view hotel . The accommodation and food services were very good. The stafftook maximum care to ensure comfortable stay .I strongly recommend this hotel toprospective customers. V S Kumar

We had been recommended to stay here. We made a mistake. I have been travelling for 50 years and never, ever had my picture taken at reception. I was too tired to complain but boy was I angry. Why? They photocopy your passports, so they have the record they need. Is it the Hotel California? Are we prisoners of our own delight?The answer to that was I failed to spot the delight; any vague delight in fact. Overstuffed pillows, a shower over a bath - please get rid of them - with a water flow impossible to balance to provide a constant warm shower, a toilet that jammed, and worst of all an air conditioning system, which continued to gurgle all night long, even though it was turned off. It felt as though I was sleeping in an aquarium. I expected to wake up with gills.On top of these issues the television didn't work and the wifi was broken - they claimed to be mending both but given, when we departed they were still inoperable, I will assume that was rubbish.Given this is an hotel next to the airport I take it the majority of guests stay one night. Well I have done my one night. I will not be back - ever! The one thing they did right was get me out of there on time. We'll done for that.
