Location is good. Breakfast is not so good. Restaurant staff is very new, not doing anything. Reception staff is helpful. Rooms are small but clean. Great place! Perfect location! Most friendly and helpful staff — Anna in reservations, Sushmita at the check-in desk, and Shem in housecleaning did a GREAT JOB!! The room is comfortable, always clean, and the breakfast is… mmm… out of this world GOOD!! Very clean hotel. Right in the city centre. Same row as Centro mall. Lovely staffs. Kind, respectful and friendly. Made us feel very at home. Special thanks to Mr. Rohan Raja and his team, who made our stay easy breezy and made us feel so welcome. They were very helpful and Informative in giving directions and advice on where and how to get places (which is so important for foreign travelers). Every hotel should emulate this. They had a good breakfast spread too.I would love to visit and stay at Ibis again. A big pat to Mr. Rohan for a job well done. Keep up the big wide smile for everyone.
