    Positives - room quality and size is upscale- chefs are very polite and professional (Biru, Biswajit). Will make you anything you want to eat. Especially good for vegetarians.- laundry and housekeeping team are quite helpfulNegatives- Breakfast area is super busy / small- Check-in is tedious ~ 15 mins- Checkout is tedious - suggestion - settle the bills a night in advance- Everything is dragged and service appears more as a favor

    This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Location wise it's a no brainer, it has a complementary buggy service to the Lulu mall. You can access the metro from the mall, so travelling to areas around the metro is a breeze.Rooms are pretty spacious and soundproofing is exceptional, breakfast is elaborate. One thing I like about Marriott is their staff, they have eye for detail and always make sure you are comfortable. Checkin/out was quick, view from the top floor (we were on 20th) is amazing.Also, though we arrived 2 hours early, was pleasantly surprised to get a room.Would definitely stay here when I am in Kochi next time.
