Booked this hotel for 3 days in Fort Kochi. No doubt location is fantastic, but there were issues starting with booking confirmation at reception and long wait for room allotment. Rooms are spacious but poorly maintained, poor lighting. Staff seemed stressed and working overtime. Reason given was shortage of staff & shortly closing for renovation for 3 months. There is a very small swimming pool. The inhouse Raintree Restaurant & Bar serves good and variety food but closes by 10.30 pm. Qissa Café in their premises, serving continental food, has a different management. There is a night sports bar on the 3rd floor serving drinks and dinner open till late night but is mostly crowded with youngsters and noisy. Again, service was poor here too.Bring so well located, wish they renovate soon and hire proper staff. Read other reviews – seems renovation is overdue for over 2-3 years.

No.18 is probably the only decent size Hotel in Fort Kochi at very good location and access. Good thing ends here. I had terrible experience. I booked this Hotel atleast 1.5 month in advance via Yatra. To my surprise when I landed in the evening with my wife and kids, I was told that they have no booking in my name. After lot of heated discussion with Yatra and Hotel staff I got to know that they have cancelled by booking 3 days prior to my travel (probably because they had higher paying customer). Neither Hotel nor Yatra informed me about cancellation. It was frustrating 2 hours after long travel. Total money minded people with zero regard for guest. They didn't even have Fan in reception and didn't often water during our gruelling 2 hours. Book at your own RISK. While there I got to know that food is equally bad.

Its was a fabulous stay at No18. The spacious room was neat and clean. The restaurent serves hot and tasty dishes within a short time with great service. The hotel staff especially Mr Sanjay was kind enough to customer and deals with great hospitality. Thanks once again, woyld like to visit again if get chance to be at Kochi

Hotel on the prime location at fort kochi,i enjoy with my family with food,and night dj.on sports bar,staff was too good and frendly,food was delisious,rooms are so neet and clean.overall experience was memorable. Overall i enjoyd with my family.

DISGUSTING, would not stay here even for free!This has to be the worst stay NO.18 HOTEL @ Fort Kochi. Extremely dirty and poorly maintenance service. I kinda feel unsafe here such as the rooms, the washroom, the elevator, and the swimming pool.As soon as I walked into the room I regretted booking there. I've got the retro mattress and uncomfortable for sleeping. AC and water pressure weren't working properly. The pool is very small and it's surroundings are not at all hygienic and not as seen in google photos. The food quality is very poor and the dishes is unflavored and non tasty. We can see the alcohol bottles in the corridor of the hotel is very clearly!!!The hotel or it's ambience are not safe when the family. while enter the hotel, I have feel negativity . I didn't feel a good odur and hospitality....NOT WORTH IT.......
