yet another Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement

Our Stay at The Avenue Centre Hotel (14th–18th May 2026, Room No. 405)We were pleased to meet Mr. Steve Jacob at the reception and witness his professionalism. We also met Mr. Ajeez, Ms. Sajithamba, and Mr. Amal John (night shift), who carried out their duties with professional courtesy and dedication.Although there was a plumbing issue in the bathroom, it was attended to promptly by Mr. Sathyan and Mr. Satheesh. On 15th May 2026, we faced some difficulty getting hot water for bathing. While we were informed that it was due to a technical issue, the resolution took some time. We hope such issues do not arise in the future.The housekeeping was well maintained by Ms. Ashwini. We missed meeting Mr. Arun and Mr. Agil during this visit.The in-house dining section provided food that was, as always, excellent. Thank you for the patient and attentive service rendered by Mr. Rinston, Mr. Anees, Ms. Sreepriya, and the rest of the team.The security personnel, Mr. Vijo and Mr. Ranjith, were prompt and vigilant in carrying out their duties. We were saddened to hear that Mr. Sibu (Security) had suffered a health issue and had to leave his job. We felt relieved to hear that he is doing well now, and we pray for his speedy recovery.We were once again happy to meet Mr. Prashanth and Mr. Joseph, the General Manager.Thank you to the entire Avenue Centre team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
