Our Gratitude to the Employee of Club Mahindra Madikeri - Mr. Thimmaiah and his father

    rating21 Sept 2026

We, a family of 3 with a new born baby spent our birthday at Club Mahindra Madikeri. Having lost our route to the resort by being wrongly led by google , we not only lost our way to the resort but our car was stuck in difficult terrain with hardly any people around. A father son duo who happened to pass by not only stopped and helped us but also led us to safety while we were stuck in the middle in of no where. This person helped us without knowing we had booked our stay at the resort (Club Mahindra Madikeri) he works for. Our hear felt gratitude to Mr. Thimmaiah and his father who helped us and our new born safely out of the situation and leading us to resort before nightfall. The hospitality of the staff at the resort beginning until our check out, was really exceptional. We would definitely like to come back to club Mahindra Madikeri soon. Thank you Mr. Thimmaiah and Club Mahindra Madekeri.
