    Our experience at FabHotel Mumbai was disappointing. The property is quite old and does not seem to be under regular maintenance. Upon arrival, we were initially given a very small, fully occupied room, which we had to refuse. After requesting a change, we were shown another room, and finally, the third one was somewhat acceptable.While the staff were friendly and helpful, the overall hygiene of both the room and the entire property was not up to standard. Cleanliness needs significant improvement to make the stay more comfortable.Would not recommend this hotel for those expecting a well-maintained and hygienic stay.

    It is not s hotel rather a lousy guest house, dirty , full of smell and room id so small that one can not even place his luggage properly. Corridor out side the reception, even out side the door of the room is full of dirt. Only breakfast is available that too only two slice of bread and omlet,I will not recommend any body to stay there

    STAY AWAY!!!!!! Most dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The pics online are misleading. If it was not midnight when we got there I would have left.Never ever use thus place. It is disgusting. I took pictures of how dirty it is and will be placing it online. HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING FALSE ADVERTISING. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

    terrible place to stay, no toiletries provided and they charges u extra premium amount for toiletries like soap and tooth brush, smelly bathroom, too many mosquito and smelly room.Overall don't waste ur time and money for this place

    Dirty linen, bed sheet was not changed, pathetic breakfast, towels not provided, dirty room & washroom...Don't waste money at this hotel as it's just really really bad. Entire corridor was filled with cigarette smoke AanyaMehta, Manager at FabHotel Ascot International Andheri, responded to this review We regret the inconvenience caused.
