Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Hygiene, Service & Guest Support

I booked Dragonfly Hotel and stayed for one day, but unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing.I had a medical emergency during my stay and requested the hotel to cancel my reservation, but they refused to cancel it or provide any refund. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but in a genuine medical emergency, I expected at least some understanding and flexibility from the management.The condition of the hotel was also not what I expected. The room was dirty and unhygienic, and the overall atmosphere did not feel comfortable or well maintained. The food was also not up to acceptable hygiene standards.The service was very poor and not guest-friendly. When I arrived at the hotel, nobody helped me with my luggage, which was disappointing after a long journey. Several facilities in the room were also not working properly. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, the safe deposit box was not working, and the shower area had very slow drainage and appeared to be clogged.Another major disappointment was the booking offer. At the time of booking, it clearly showed complimentary dinner included, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff refused to provide the complimentary dinner. This was frustrating because it was part of the offer I had booked.As a frequent traveler, I normally judge a hotel based on cleanliness, service, facilities, and how the staff treats guests. Unfortunately, Dragonfly Hotel fell short in all these areas during my stay.I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, maintenance, food hygiene, customer service, and handling of genuine guest emergencies.

My husband booked a cave room for my birthday celebration and he paid enormous 28k for one night. The room, decoration, food and the service is not upto the mark to justify the amount we paid. I am listing the issue here:1. Room is small and lacks luxurious amenities/bedding. There were mosquitoes. No full mirror in room if someone wants to get ready for special occasion. The half mirror is also behind the projector screen so u cannot watch movie/songs and get ready at same time. I have stayed in similar rooms in other hotels in around 15k.2. Jacuzzi was not working which was huge disappointment. First there was no hot water so we spent half an hour with room service just to get the hot water and then it just worked for 10 minutes. Why hotel is charging huge amount for poorly maintained Jacuzzi.3. I personally didn't like the decoration, specially considering price rate. There was no personalization done. The happy birthday banner, heart balloons, electric candles, LOVE decor is all u can easily get on Amazon at very cheap price. The fog they created using dry ice only lasted for 10 minutes so if u plan to click photos with it then please be ready with camera the moment u enter the room. The roses they added to room looked dull.4. Meals: we got complementary 1 meal (we opted for lunch) and breakfast. Lunch was ok but they forgot to bring dessert so we had to call and remind them. There was no complementary bday cake (not even a mini). If u want it then u have to pay for it. I was super disappointed with breakfast. There was no continental food. I only took Idali and omelet from buffet and both were not good in taste.Overall the experience was not very great. If someone is ready to pay 28k then there r much better options.

Free return transfer was great. We arrived at the hotel after 4am, check in was easy but the next morning we were woken by a drill in the room next door. They were fitting a new bathroom i think and it sounded like the drill was coming through the wall! I couldn't understand why we were allocated the room next door to this work when we checked in so late. We just got up and went back to the airport as the noise was so loud.

It was a very small but cosy hotel ideal for a business trip for about 1-2 days.The room and bathroom were very very small but clean.The restaurant was also quite small and the range of food at the breakfast buffet was limited. The pickup and dropoff at/to the airport were very smooth.The hallmark of this hotel was its very friendly helpful and smiling staff!Definitely worth staying again for a trip of 1-2 days

Dragonfly Art hotel was clean , comfortable and quiet on the 5th floor , the support staff on the 5th went out of their way to look after us . Definitely return again for our next stay Mr Chris
