    Staffs make the difference

    I had apprehensions when I entered this hotel. The lobby was very small, and the Hotel looks very old. The Rooms were very small and it looks like walls were built surrounding the Bed. But the service of the staffs are excellent. The breakfast was very limited and they serve directly to your Room. They don't serve it in the Restaurant. But the staffs are on their toes and the service is the saving grace for this Hotel.

    Hotel Accord in SantaCruz Mumbai is in a good location for those desiring easy access to Airports both Domestic and International. It's near to Shopping Centres and Suburban train station. Rooms have been upgraded and better than before. Terrace Breakfast is good. Front desk and other hotel staff were very helpful.

    The food is good the dosa was really nice the staff is supportive I definitely recommend this hotel to the my friend and family love the pool side area also the room is very nice thank you for this great service I definitely come again for vacation....

    Try better hotel rooms rather then chain of hotels

    The bathroom was clean as well as bedsheet .family booking but the bed was small even after requesting for kind size bed basically they don't have big beds at the hotel .we have to split the rooms far away.overvall bad experience checking look 30min more just to allocate the rooms

    Booked this hotel for a 3 night stay - it did what it said on the tin. It was basic but clean and comfortable - staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Location is perfect - everything you need is right out side including Santa Cruz train station.Breakfast was served to your room and was quite good and plentiful - would definitely book again.,
