  Budget hotel near Mumbai Airport

  i am highly impressed with the courtesy shown by the hotel management. My sister was flying with her children to london via mumbai and we wanted a hotel where she could rest for 12 hours between flights. So we booked this hotel and it was the best decision we made.ProsLocationThe hotel is located near the airport and it is very convenient to go to and from the airport hereRoom comfort - she was upgraded to higher end room and she was very happy with both the size as well as comfort of the roomFood - there are many restaurants adjoining the hotel which deliver directly to the hotel, menus which are shared with room guests by hotel managementStaff - the staff was very corteous and polite and she as a single female traveller felt very comfortable and safe. they also helped her load and unload her luggageShuttle service - there is a shuttle service available at reasonable rates to the airport24 hours check in and check out - we can check in and check out any time within 24 hours. this makes it very convenient to travellersCons - nothingOverall a fantastic value for money place for the money which we paid

  Have been staying at this place a decade ago. It has changed for the worst. CONS: The rooms and wahsrooms are dirty and basic amenities are missing and not offered. Would not recommend for family or couples trip.Only bath towels are provided and nothing else. This place does not offer breakfast, but has provision for nearby hotels delivering food here. PROS: The pricing of this place is unbeatable. A business stay maybe okay, if money is to be saved. The location is best - bang opposite the domestic airport. The AC works well

  The dirtiest hotel I ever stepped in to. After paying the full amount in advance we ran out of the room in 5 minutes . Stinking rooms, dirty bathrooms. My wife had an allergic attack.This happened at 2 am after arriving from abroad to catch a domestic flight.We had to take another hotel for 3 hours and pay full again.Stay away!!@

  I would not recommend this hotel. They tried to charge me for a super deluxe room instead of deluxe and tried to charge for 3 people when we were 2.They said the price is the same and lied.Be careful.

  I stayed before 6 years and so I selected this property just for overnight stay.. It was horrible.. Room was smelling dump. Very poor cleanness. No Free drinking water. Charging for even first bottle of the same. V Dattani, General Manager at Hotel Aircraft International, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback, will personally attend to this.
