    Very bad experience as the place was recommended by friends who had been here years ago. Was disappointed with the unhygienic bathrooms. Bedding smelt and felt damp. Wouldn’t go back or recommend it. Area is also quite isolated, I regretted my choice as Bandra has hotels around the same price range and there’s so much to do and see.

    Simply Pathetic!"No Covid Protocol" followed. Dirty as hell at the price of a 5 Star.Linens were horribly dirty and unchanged.ACs didnt workNo drinking water. Rooms stink.Wouldn't even give it a single star if i had the choice!!Horrible Horrible Horrible !!!!!!

    I have visited in Dhiraj hotel Thane with best experience“The staff were all extremely friendly, especially to my 8year old daughter. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and made my daughter very happy. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There was a lot of choice, it all tasted freshly prepared and it changed each day I was there. The hotel also cares a lot about the environment, rewarding you with candy for doing things like returning unused toothbrushes. One of the best hotels I have been to. Staff were the best!! Would definitely return!”

    Had a terrible experience with this hotel. The room was stinking. The passage way wad stinking. Toilets were dirty and unclean. Actually had paid for two nights, but left the hotel the very next day. The hotel has a banquet hall and the music in that hall is very disturbing in the room as the acoustics of the rooms are non existent. One can very easily get disturbed by the noise in the corridor. A totally NO NO hotel. Please avoid.

    I can't give negative star... Pathetic service... I asked to give Aqua guard water, but no one turned up for 15 minutes... Reminded again, but no one came at all... When I informed at reception, while going out for lunch, the person kept Bisleri water bottle in room (entered without permission)... By that time I already bought water bottle from outside... So I called reception and asked them today take their bottle back.. Reception guy said that they will be not charge and let bottle be there, but I returned back... At time of checkout, another person at reception, asked me to pay for the bottle...
