    Operating under different names in Oyo, Royal Palms in Aarey is a disgrace for anyone stating good things about them. Their management is unprofessional, staff are ignorant and maintenance is really filthy. They operate 3 different hotels in the same building, as an eyewash to Oyo, to make unlawful gains. They indulge in underage drinking, stays and fun for minors, and don’t even register half of them in register. They don’t even ask for age proof, and local anti-socials flock in there for a night or two. I was defrauded by them through the website, and couldn’t wait to get out of the worst property anyone can ever review

    I have been visiting this hotel first time & i just love the people here. Hotel is great but people are tremendous- everyone from front desk to restaurant staff to cleaning crew. They all go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Special mention to Mr. Verma in the front desk he is a fantastic person and very helpful. Always making sure you have everything you need. Always for you and ahead of what you want.

    I visit there 7 pm and book room. Price of room is expensive as compare to me. food is good but service is poor and pool is dirty i asked to clean they said housekeeping person not available. rude behavior by hotel management team.

    When I arrived to the Palms hotel and convention centre, I was delighted to find all the rooms are finished with tasteful furnishings and boast full-sized baths, self-controlled air conditioning, and flat screen TV.

    We went for royal palms sales visit. Found the hotel still in good condition. My last visit was in 2011 for a company conference.The food is good and the best part is the spread of buffet.The hotel has nice done up rooms and big swimming pool.It's a centralized AC hotel, except for the pool area.The roads to reach palms hotel are narrow & reminds me of a bumpy rides I enjoyed in water sports, Goa...Tariff could make hole in one's pocket.Overall I would rate my experience 4 on 5.I wouldn't rate as 5 on 5 as there are areas of improvements in terms of maintenance and service.
