  The rooms are clean and housekeeping staff Ismail did a perfect job of cleaning and maintaining room. He checked upon my requirements and all the more made stay comfortable.At pool Chandan was very helpful.   Strange place in many ways

  Where to start with this place - had a 7 night stay and whilst unlikely I’ll be back it has some good points.Day 1 check in at 2pm don’t actually get in until 2:15 had to hang about went to the bar restaurant didn’t go back much felt very unwelcome In getting the room the safe didn’t work , do not disturb didn’t work , bath plug lets water out all the time , jets are filthy and make incredible noise , dirty stains on couches , dirt on the floor it is not a 4 star for many things. I got the safe changed , I got the do not disturb fixed but I didn’t go other the rest I haven’t got the time to fix the whole room. The breakfast wasn’t good only had one coffee one day it just wasn’t for me didn’t go back final issue I was meant to get a bottle of wine with my room never got it not overly bothered but again just bad service . Staff also ringing when you have do not disturb to check if you wanted the room cleaning need to be taught what do not disturb means. Breakfast was dreadful only went once in 7 days The reason this isn’t 1 star the room is a decent size , washing machine is great and fridge , housekeeping I actually liked how they tidied the room and left me water . If they just spent a bit more on the rooms could charge double

  Sleep Deprivation, But Make It Hospitality

  As an International Tourism and Destination Management Consultant, world critic of temporary residences, I recently sampled the charms of Ramee Techome Hotel, Khar Mumbai. The rooms are admirably spacious—plenty of room to stretch out while enjoying the immersive, surround-sound experience of suburban trains every five minutes. Being next to Khar railway station is convenient if your lifelong dream was to sleep inside a gently moving carriage without actually going anywhere.Breakfast, however, is genuinely excellent: a generous spread that almost convinces you to forgive the nocturnal rail symphony. The staff are courteous and attentive, and housekeeping deserves particular praise for keeping everything spotless despite the hotel’s proximity to what is essentially a live railway documentary.A small philosophical query for the hospitality industry: must a humble 1-litre bottle of water achieve luxury-good status at INR 145?   Worst stay till date.

  I stayed here for 3 nights during a conference I was attending. Rooms are spacious but bathroom is very small and very uncomfortable. During brushing teeth and taking shower I had to watch my hands otherwise would have got hurt. Strange to see such a small bathroom in such a big room. Sofa had several stains. Some charing points were not working in the room. The worst, room had mosquitos, toilet flush not working properly and shower drainage was not proper. Inspite of complaining several times none of the problems got resolved. I used to be out for atleast 6 hours everyday, but in the 3 nights none of the problem got solved. There was temporary solution for mosquitos but not 100% solution, as some mosquitos came out again after the staff went after putting mosquito matts and some chemical. On my return every day I was told that complaints have been resolved, but on entering the room everything remained as it is. I also asked for change in room, but they said they are entirely sold out whereas I was seeing they are booking rooms for walk-in clients with payment, so I don't know how the hotel was sold out. Their buffet breakfast is average. The worst was I had a Half Board plan in which Dinner is included, however there is no buffet for Dinner and they gave a set menu from which I have to select food. This was never told to us when we did the booking that there is no Buffet Dinner.

  A Splendid 5Star experience for a modest 4Star price in Mumbai.

  Hidden behind the hustle and bustle of the suburb Khar (i.e. next to Bandra) I accidentally found a sparkling Gem that is called Ramee Techome that is almost a 5Star place with a 4star rating. With Linking road shopping strip just 15mins away and the popular Carter road sea face 20mins away - it was a No Brainer to book this place. Initially I booked my family of 4 for just 2nights in order to check it Out, if its good? But O Boy this place blew us away - A value priced accommodation that had a oven, washing machine and all in between, daily room service, a generous spread of buffet breakfast included. a lap pool, and a full fledged gym. It was 5Star experience End 2 End. Don't miss this GEM guys, gals and families - give this a shot and you will never regret it!!We were pinching ourselves when we met some A Class staff who never said 'No' to anything we requested. Mr. Kumar in reservations, the ever smiling Max at the reception and the warm hospitable Prasad - the F&B Manager at the morning breakfast - Thank you for the splendid 18nights experience you gave us.
