    A nice and clean place though I thought the room would be bigger than it turned out to be. Although the price is quite high relative to the quality. Thank you very much for the assistance—especially to Gopal and Rajesh.

    This hotel is in a good location in the Fort neighbourhood of Mumbai. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is very good with lots of options and made to order omelets and dosas. The service at breakfast was excellent. The best part of our stay here was the excellent service by all the staff at the hotel.

    Stayed here for for 3 nights, it was a nice hotel and staff very helpful, we stayed in the next building just 10 meters from the main hotel.The only thing I would say that eventide we came out of our room the power guy was there, think he slept at the bottom of the stairs.Breakfast was OK, not great but always omelets and toast as back up, over staffed in at breakfast, 3 waiters a meet and greet plus the kitchen team for about 14 people but overall it was OK.On our last day everyone is hovering around for tips which wasn't great.On our last night we were just relaxing in our room at 830pm when the Porter guy knocked on the door and said it's your last night safe travels, he was at the end of shift and wanted a tip, that made us uncomfortable, we didn't tip him as felt that was a bit rude.

    From the moment we arrived there we greeted by friendly staff everywhere .Sure the rooms are small but the staff make up for it in smiles and service. There is complimentary tea and coffee served at any time throughout the day and early evening and the buffet breakfast you can also have omelet or dosa Marsala cooked to order. The hotel is within walking distance of many eating places and 15 min walk to Gateway of India and Marine Drive . The Aqua line that runs to the airport is literally a 3 minute walk from hotel and only 70 R the cheapest way to get there. If leaving from terminal 2 there is a complimentary bus from terminal 1. There is a lot of street noise so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper (we were on first floor so quite noisy but no fault of hotel as street works)
